Customer Rating: Summary: good but all hang ups get recorded Comment: I like this phone, we use it at my office. I have had it for over 6 months. The big drawback is that if someone hangs up it still gets recorded. So, each morning I have to listen to that annoying "DEED DEED DEED" hang up tone or hear the phone company recording "if you like to place a call please hang up and call the operator." Good remote access for checking messages. There is suppose to be voice enhancer, but don't know if I can use it when listening to messages. Only thing missing for me is that there is no mail boxes for different people. Blue tooth only works from the base not the cordless, so you have to talk on speaker phone, so no privacy, not great with others in the room.
Customer Rating: Summary: Bluetooth only with specifice cell phones Comment: I thought that bluetooth compatible was bluetooth compatible. Apparently not for Panasonic. Be careful before you buy!
Customer Rating: Summary: Works well for me Comment: I have used this system for about 3 weeks and its wonderful. I have 1 extra handset. And plan to buy 1 to 3 more handsets.
First off it is a 2.4 GHz unit and only the base unit has Bluetooth.
This has not cause any problems with my Linksys wireless G system. Or the Bluetooth connection between celphones((2) Motorola Razr V3xx) & cordless base. The celphones(when home) are kept on a computer desk right next to the wireless router and about 11 ft. from cordless base unit. I do not use any Bluetooth headsets. I do use Bluetooth in cars to connect to gps unit and 2 different handsfree systems. So I always plan to use the cordless handsets when at home not Bluetooth headsets. Set-up was easy even adding the extra handset. Some problems with Bluetooth set-up, but were same when I set-up gps and handsfree. So I believe that this is a problem with the celphones or Bluetooth itself. It is nice to have just 1 phone ring when a call comes in on either cellphone or the land line. You can place 2 outgoing calls at the same time using 2 handsets the land line & a cell line. The caller Id, ringer tones and lights also work well with all three phone lines. If you forget to link your celphone to the base unit it will link automatically if you select it to place an outgoing call.
Customer Rating: Summary: Panasonic Quality Low Comment: This is the second Panasonic cordless phone I've purchased in 4 years after the first one died. I should have learned my lesson as this one just died 5 weeks out of warranty after I just put another $200 into additional handsets for it. Panasonic customer service was gracious enough to offer to repair it but they quoted me a cost for more than it would be to buy a new one. I like the features panasonic offers but I'm switching brands.
Customer Rating: Summary: Blue Tooth does not work: do not buy Comment: This is a worthless "Cell Phone" product. It does not work with MOST cell phones. Good thing Amazon will take this back.

The 2.4GHz frequency technology delivers clear calls, even far from the base. The voice scramble digital security technology keeps calls secure from outsiders. The Bluetooth technology allows you to link up to 5 cell phones and up to 10 Bluetooth headsets to the base unit. See the name and number of the caller before you answer, even if you're on the other line. This phone also stores up to 50 Caller ID. The all-digital answering machine records up to 60 minutes of messages to a microchip, allowing for quiet operation and easy retrieval. The speakerphone lets you keep your hands free, it's easy with hands-free dialing and auto-transfer to the handset. Customize the sound of your phone by selecting from five tones and two melodies. This system allows 6-way conferencing between the main line and five handsets. Dial correctly with the lighted keypad, even in the dark. Improved sound reception creates natural-sounding voices that are easy to hear and understand. Make and receive cell phone calls on your home phone. Wireless technologies are more and more popular because they linked the mobile network and Internet together. One of these modern technologies are Wireless LAN (WLAN), Bluetooth,
and Wireless Application Protocol
(WAP) are implemented as an extension to or
as an alternative for wired LAN to make the
communication more flexible and powerful to fulfill today’s need.
WLAN is one of the modern one, effectively Ethernet without wires.
It helps users to access a data network like the
Internet at high speeds of up to 11 megabits per
second (Mbps) as long as users are located
within a relative short range (typically 30–50
meters indoors and 100–500 meters outdoors)
of a WLAN base station (or antenna). This is a good alternative to most laptop users to assess Internet and getting popular most part of the developed world.
